Sam is very imaginative--he pals around with his invisible friends, Tyrone and Tyro or his stuffed dog, Vovie. (He's great at naming things). He has really enjoyed preschool this year and his confidence has grown. He loves treats, apples, carrots (not cooked though), pretzels and pizza. He enjoys watching shows. He has an amazing memory. The other day we passed a firetruck with a flag on it. Sam said, "Mom, the United States of America party [4th of July] was really fun. They threw candy and one landed in my sandal and Uncle Carl was with us." When I compliment him on his memory he says, "I just saw it in my brain." He also loves to sing and wants to be a rock star when he grows up with short hair in the front and long hair in the back. He loves his Dad and doesn't just want to be like him, but wants to be him. He is a very good little boy and we love him so much!

That is hilarious that his dream is to have a mullet! Everything else sounds great, but I can't get over picturing grown up Sam with short hair in front and long hair in back!!!
Happy Birthday, Sam! We love you!
