Thanks for all the great recipes! There wasn't one we didn't like. We finally tried them all and decided the winner is... (drum roll, please) Rachel with her fabulous roast. Loved it, even had it again tonight. Thanks again to everyone who participated and next time I do a contest I promise to do it quicker. :)
